Project Title | Automatic Water Spray System for Concrete Curing |
Project Category | Invention |
Abstract | Care needs to be taken to properly cure concrete. Properly cured concrete leads to increased strength and avoids cracking where the surface dries out prematurely. The most common practice in Malaysia for concrete curing is by spraying the concrete with water where evaporation is largely experienced. “Automatic water spray system for concrete curing” is developed to ensure sufficient water is present throughout the curing period. The equipment ensures proper spraying of water to the concrete whenever the switch is triggered when the water reaches to a certain level. This ensures the concrete is at its best curing and achieve best strength and hardness. |
