Abstract	UNEx is a web-based tool for measuring university students’ experience using multi-dimensional constructs. Students’ experience refers to the student’s perceptions about their learning experience. Understanding student experience enables the university management to identify aspects of the university environment that need to be addressed to create a positive learning experience for the students. Positive university experience had been recognized as being instrumental in contributing to students’ success, retaining students and attracting prospective students. The scale was developed through review of literature related to students’ experience and focus group interviews. Factor analysis produced 8 factors which explained 61 percent of the variance in the university experience. UNEx is of value to institutions of higher learning since currently there are no tools to measure student experience comprehensively.
