Abstract	The Prestige Pent Apartment is a 5 storey apartment project on integrating traditional Sarawak and Sabah houses with a modern concept and design. The main inspiration for the design of this apartment is the Bidayuh traditional house which is better known as Baruk. The unique feature of this apartment is the shape which is pentagon. The pentagon shape was taken from the basic shape of a Baruk. The apartment is going to be built at JalanKayan which does not have any other apartment built around it before. So, the construction of this apartment will benefit the people who are working or studying around the area. Due to the modern and interesting concept as well as the affordable price of this apartment, the target group for this apartment is the middle income group.
