10DerAware is a scoring checklists developed for the convenience of contractor to bid a tender. A tender is a submission of technical, administrative and contractual material made by a potential contractor in response to an invitation for tender. The checklists consist of 3 main criteria Planning, Preparing and Submitting with each criteria complemented with 10 items from Literature or Industry Construction documents. The level of compliance could be categorized as “best compliance”, “good compliance”, “average compliance” and “minimum compliance”. The 10DerAware was design as a preparation
to measure the compatibility of tender documents for a bidding process of construction project. 10DerAware could be potentially commercialized to provide the contractor with
the level of compliance of the tender documents to make an offer for the supply of goods or services. 10DerAware serve as an indicator to the client on the level of contractor’s readiness to enter the tender. |
