| Abstract | This system was developed to fulfill organization needs in managing information. The system named Electronic Answer Scheme Information System (EASIS) is used to store information of UiTM Sarawak previous semester final exam answer scheme. In addition, it also enables users / lecturers to download previous semester final exam answer schemes via online 24/7 without the needs to be physically requesting from Academic Affairs department. The system uses integrated structure database to house all the data. Information updating, retrieval and audit trail report is produce automatically. The developed system will ease the Academic Affairs staff to update data. Lecturer will be able to search and download previous semester final exam answer scheme according to specific criteria. Optimistically, with the development of the system, Academic Affairs department can serve lecturer efficiently. |
