| Abstract | 
              Motherwort (Leonurus Cardiaca) is an herbaceous plant in the mint family, 
Lamiaceae. Other common names include Throw-wort, Lion’s Ear, and Lion’s 
Tail. It is originally from Central Asia and Southeastern Europe and now can 
be found worldwide, spread widely due to its benefit as an herbal remedy. 
Motherwort has a long history as traditional medicine in Central Europe, Asia 
and North America has been used most widely for women’s health including 
childbirth, afterbirth care, irregular menstrual cycles and premenstrual anxiety 
due to its various phytohormones. Motherwort is an exclusive local medicinal 
plant in Sarawak, Malaysia which also known as Ka ciam ma. During 
confinement period, women usually having hard time to prepare their own 
dishes. Due to this reason, we have invented cracker made from Ka ciam ma 
which can be consumed in an instant way. This is very helpful for those who 
are seeking nutritional dishes without the need to prepare it. Thus, Ka ciam 
ma’s cracker is the best option for women around the world especially during 
confinement period.   |
