| Abstract |
ISLA (Interactive Software For Learning Arabic Sounds) is an
interactive multimedia software which gives a new dimension
to pronounce Arabic words correctly through its interactive
approach. This innovative software has also been developed
specifically with Malaysian learners in mind. It focuses on
tones and sounds which enable learners to get their tones right
ISLA is also a supplementary learning software for learning
Arabic in the form of interactive multimedia that can benefit the
target users. It promotes self-directed learning, provides
immediate feedback, makes learning fun and interactive and
enables learners to do self assessment. Hence. Malaysian
learners will find it easy to relate to and engage with the
activities and exercises provided. |
