This system was developed to fulfill organization needs in managing information. The system named UiTM Sarawak Inventory System is used to store information of UiTM Sarawak properties, under the specification of inventory (> RM300 and < RM5000). In addition, it also enables users to monitor or keep track of inventory efficiently. The system uses integrated structure database to house all the data. Information updating, retrieval and analysis of report can be done, based on user requirement. The developed system will ease the Inventory Administration Unit staff to update data, the search for data according to specific criteria and produce compulsory department report such as KEW.PA 3 & Inventory Registration Form. Optimistically, with the development of the system, Inventory Administration Unit of UiTM Sarawak can perform better in tracking all the recorded inventories. |
