Abstract Vita-B Flour is a product that made from natural ingredients and can be used as a gluten free repalcement to wheat flours. It is processed from local banana peels, Musa acuminata which originated from Sarawak. Processing this waste into the nutrient riched flour provide a better substitution to common flour available in the markets. Furthermore, the production of this Vita-B-Flour help to reduce the waste from the Banana food industries. In addition, it is made up from 100% of natural resources and no risk of chemical effect. The uniqueness about this product is contain of antidiabetic and antioxidant properties. Morever, it can maintain the normal blood pressure, boosts one’s energy as well as act as a long term protection against Alzheimer’s disease. Besides, it also burns excess fats in the body and help in the regulation of body fluids. Thus, this innovative product which derived from the local tropical fruit peels is usable for daily purpose without wasting the fruit peels. This Vita-B-Flour has great potential to be marketed as major ingredients for food and beverage industries. It is expected to have a larger share in this potential world flour milling market which worth of 13 Billion USD.
