| Abstract |
The design of this device is based on the IR (infrared) LED that is found in
CCTV cameras. Its primary function in these cameras is to increase the
visibility of subjects or views taken in the dark places. This device is intended to
be used as an accessory for digital cameras and camcorders. Acting as a night
vision, this device can take visible pictures or videos in dark places or at
night time. The device is ideal for night time animal filming as most animals
are sensitive to the light during night time. Hence, animals would not be able to
detect the photographer's presence because the light produced by this device
is not visible to the naked eye. Additionally, it can also act as a better substitute
of the camera flash light which is less natural and harmful to the eyes. |
