The idea of establishing CIRIM framework is to encourage construction personnel to achieve the project objectives particularly in safety management. CIRIM framework can be customized as a site-specific framework that considers the characteristics and changeable conditions of the high-rise building construction to precisely assess safety risks. CIRIM will stimulate clear indicator whether the risks are categorized as low, middle or high. Consequently, CIRIM will facilitate the decision makers in formulating safety management at construction site. |
