| Abstract |
Team Tower Kit is ergonomically designed to assist the facilitator in
organizing group activity for the implementation of the module that needs
tower construction in leadership skills module. This kit contains 20 pieces of
pipe that have been cut accordingly, rope, 10 question cards, and a few
other essential items. Practicality, cost-effective, mobility are highly
emphasized in the development of this prototype. This activity will become
more challenging where each group should get a questions card from
facilitator to get an additional piece of pipe components. The questions are
related to ethics, integrity and basic concepts of leadership skills that are
suitable with the activities and the module. The main advantages of this
prototype are to establish a strong team spirit, build confidence and
emotional strength and at the same time to help the students in developing
their critical thinking especially in decision making and solving problems.
The potential is that this prototype can be used by the UiTM facilitator or
other organizations that organize similar module, team building activities
and leadership program. |
