Plastics have been one of the main components in daily life of Malaysia’s
citizens. But, the management of used-plastic is not something that is easy to control since the amount of those wastes increases day by day. Thus, we
have innovated a device that can help in solving this issue, Reproduce Oil
Device (ROD). For the specification purpose, we just use one type of plastic
only which is plastic bags but it actually can be used for all types of plastic. The process starts when the heating element is switched on and the plastic bags
inside the steel container melt. Then, it produces gas which passes through the steel pipe into the glass jar. In the glass jar, there is tap water that cools the
gas. Finally, there appears a layer of oil on the water surface. |
