| Abstract |
Nowadays factories release wastes such as oil into the river or sea, thus
endangering the aquatic life in the water. We are using human hair as a new
idea to absorb oil in the water as it is easy to be obtained, cost effective and
convenient in curbing the issue. Nylon wrapper was used to wrap the human
hair to avoid it from spreading out and is neat. We can improve the
ecosystem and help the economy of this country in reducing the cost of
maintenance for this problem. In addition, Malaysia has not yet applied any
effective or alternative method in solving this problem. This method is
already being used in the Philippines but it only can be used at the
seashore. Thus, we improved it by attaching the hair to the boat so that it
can be flexible to be used at the seashore or in the middle of the sea. |
