Fish Scaler and Filleting Knife is a multipurpose knife that has a handle
interchangeable with either a scaler blade or fillet blade for processing fish.
The feature of the scaler blade is designed to have a concave cover over
the blade when scaling the fish to catch scales so they do not splutter all
over the place and mess the place. The fillet blade is a sickle shaped blade
which has a grip at the tip to secure the fish so that it does not slip while the
body blade is moved along the backbone under the flesh of the fish for the
filleting movement. This knife is therefore easy to operate fillet knives and
designed for speed, precision and amazing control which can be used for
both small and medium fish satisfactory. Thus, the job of filleting fish is
made cleaner, quicker, easier and safer in household or food industry. |
