Dabai nut has very high nutritious content. It is not easy to take out the nut
from the hard shell. Usually, a chopper is used to cut though the shell and very
often the nut is also cut into half. As it is dangerous to hold onto the nut, the nut
will also â€fly†off if the knife does not land on the nut at the right position. The
Dabai Nut Cracker Tool is designed to be able to obtain the whole nut easily.
The feature consists of an adjustable nut holder screwed onto a wooden
board. After the nut is securely gripped at the holder, the nut is cut into half by
a sharp knife attached to the board with a lever. Thus, this innovative tool not,
only is able to extract the whole nut without damage, but it is also safer than
using a regular knife and saves hands from getting injured. |
