| Abstract |
RED DOT (PMS CALENDARING SYSTEM) is a PMS Calendaring system
application, designed to check your menstrual cycle (the beginning and the
end of your menses), to predict the next possible date of your menses and,
to provide the tips and symptoms of menstruation and premenstrual
syndromes (PMS). Notably, the tips provided will be traditional Malay tips,
which have been practiced by many Malay women who often have PMS.
Besides that, this application will also provide users with a mini organiser,
where the users can fill in their medical appointment dates. This application
will be the next women’s best buddy because it solves the problem for those
who often cannot keep track of their menses and most importantly, the
information will be conveniently stored in your mobile phones or laptops,
rather than the manual calendaring system which might be lost and less
portable. The novelty of RED DOT is it offers traditional Malay tips which will
be useful to ease menses pain. This knowledge will be useful for women who
often have PMS as they will be able to make necessary preparations and take
extra precautions. This application is user friendly where the users will be
entertained with its colourful designs and interface, as well as able to use this
application effectively. |
