Project Title CSEII: Computerized School Effectiveness Indicator Instrument
Project Category Innovation
Abstract CSEII is a computerized school effectiveness indicator designed for the Ministry of Education and educational institutions. It is designed to measure the level of school effectiveness of a respective school. Consisting of five dimensions and 15 sub-dimensions, CSEII is able to determine the level of school effectiveness and also provides scores for each of the dimensions and sub-dimensions. The uniqueness of this CSEII is that it provides spontaneous feedbacks. From the feedbacks, school principals are able to know their administrative strengths and weaknesses and this can help signpost future activities to improve the performance of their respective schools. CSEII has the potential to be commercialized because it can be an alternative means of measuring school effectiveness.
