Abstract |
Rosa Tea is made from 100% natural
ingredient derived from Hibiscus rosa-
sinensis. The flower has been reported
to have beneficial effects to treat
heart diseases, mainly in ischemic
disease and has been used in folklore
medicine as demulscent, emollient,
refrigerant, aphrodisiac, brain tonic
and cardio tonic. This plant is widely
grown as an ornamental plant in
tropical and subtropical regions of
East Asia. Therefore, packing this
plant into tea bag will help people
enjoy the benefits of this plant
conveniently. As there is no risk of
chemical effects, consumers are
recommended to take the tea twice
daily and it would not cause any
harmful effect.
The tea contains bioactive compounds,
such as flavanoids that has powerful
antioxidant, anti-bacterial, anti-
