| Abstract | Ocit is a tool for measuring organizational creativity and innovation using multi-dimentional constructs. Creativity and innovation plays a vital role today in enhancing an organization's competitive advantage and its survival depends on how an organization adapts to change through its creativity and innovation endeavors. Understanding organizational creativity and innovation enables top management teams to indentify aspects of organizational environment that may need to be addressed in order to foster creativity and innovation in their organization. Creativity and innovation has been recognised as being instrumental in contributing to organizations' success and in creating a competitive advantage. Ocit will be of commercial value to organizations in view of the fact that currently there is no comprehensive tool to measure organizational creativity and innovation. |
