This program provides the business world with multi-skilled knowledge workers who manage information efficiently. They are equipped with a comprehensive range of skills including managerial, technological (substantial computer applications) and communication skills. This program includes the following courses: - Office Management - Office Procedures - Office Automation - Malay Language for Office Management - Document Processing - Executive Note-Taking - Records Management for Office Professionals - Office Software Applications

Job Opportunities

Graduates will have the opportunities to be Executive Officers, Personal Assistant to Top Management in manufacturing sector, banking sector, services sector, business and to be entrepreneurs. Graduates are also qualified for further studies in the field of Social Science.

Further Study Opportunities

Graduates of this program can further their studies in Bachelor of Office System Management offered by the Faculty of Business and Management, Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM). Graduates can also further their studies at any local or foreign universities.

Admission Requirement

- SPM holders/equivalent - Passed SPM with at least 5 credits - Obtained a credit in Bahasa Melayu/Malaysia
