Program Details

The AC110 programme has been designed with the objective of training Bumiputera in the field of accountancy at a sub professional level. The duration of the full-time course of this programme is 2 1/2 years. The AC110 programme is divided into 5 semesters with the emphasis on inter-disciplinary approach to accounting.

The AC110 qualification has been recognized by the Government of Malaysia as a sub-professional qualification.

AC110 programme graduates with good academic results may further their studies at any local or foreign institution of higher learning. Among the courses available are: - Bachelor in Accountancy (Hons.) in UiTM or any other universities - Professional qualifications (MICPA, ACCA & CIMA)

Admission Requirement

Open to applicants from Science / Technical and Art / Social Science

UNIVERSITY GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

- Passed SPM / equivalent qualication recognised by the Malaysian Government with FIVE (5)    credits including Bahasa Melayu.
- Pass in History subject.

PROGRAMME REQUIREMENT

SPM AND EQUIVALENT
Meet University General Conditions with credits in the subject of;
- English minimum grade of B; and
- Mathematics / Additional Mathematics minimum grade of C+

CERTIFICATE OF POLYTECHNIC / IKM / OTHER INSTITUTIONS
1. Passed Certificate from Polytechnic or other institutions recognised by the Government of Malaysia in the field of accounting with a minimum CGPA 3.50; and

2. Passed SPM / equivalent that is recognised by the Government of Malaysia with FOUR (4) credits, including:
- English (minimum grade of B); and
- Mathematics / Additional Mathematics

Note:
For applicants with certificate from Polytechnic or from other institutions recognised by the Government of Malaysia, : copy of application form and certified copies of the certificates are to be sent to the Dean, Faculty of Accountancy, UiTM Selangor, Campus Puncak Alam (at least one week after the closing date).

PRE DIPLOMA UiTM
- Passed Pre-Diploma Programme (PD002/PD003) from UiTM with a minimum CGPA 3.50; and credit in Mathematics and English in SPM

APEL (Accrediation of Prior Experiential Learning )
- Passed MQA (Aptitude Test and Evaluations Portfolio)
- Age not less than 20 years old in the year of application.
- Working experience in the related field for at least FIVE (5) years.
- Passed interview at Faculty level.
